The deal

Swoleboard (swoleboard.com), run by [legal name of the operator] ("we"), lets you log your health and training, compete with friends and your city, and share meals, recipes and deals. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Swoleboard

• You must be 16 or older.
• One person, one account. Keep access to your email (that is how you sign in) to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Not medical advice

Swoleboard is for motivation and fun. Scores, goals, calorie and macro numbers and AI estimates are rough guides, not medical, nutritional or training advice, and they can be wrong. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or have a history of disordered eating. Stop and get help if something hurts.

House rules for content

When you post meals, recipes, deals, comments or your profile, you agree not to post anything that is:

• harassing, hateful, threatening or bullying, or that body-shames anyone;
• sexual, violent or graphic;
• promoting self-harm, extreme dieting or dangerous substances (including steroids and unlicensed drugs);
• spam, scams, misleading deals or undisclosed advertising;
• someone else's private information, or a photo of someone who did not agree to it;
• illegal, or infringing someone else's copyright or trademarks.

Anyone can report content or a person. We review reports and may hide content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can block people at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process it only to run Swoleboard and show it to the people your settings allow. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account (apart from copies others already shared, and short-lived backups).

Deals and affiliate links

Deals are posted by users. Some links may be affiliate links, which means the poster or Swoleboard may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are always labelled "Affiliate link". Posting an affiliate link without ticking the affiliate box is not allowed. We do not check every deal: prices, stock and expiry dates are the seller's responsibility.

AI features

Photo and screenshot estimates are produced by an AI model (Anthropic) when you ask for them. They can be inaccurate; review and correct them before saving. Do not upload photos of other people for estimates.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

The service

Swoleboard is provided free of charge and "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), or your statutory rights as a consumer.
